Shipping policy

Shipping your order

For online purchases, delivery on orders of $75 or more before taxes is free*. Delivery charges of $9.95 are applicable on orders under $35 before taxes* while orders from $35 to $74.99 before taxes will benefit from a reduced delivery rate of $4.95* . The in-store pick-up option is always free regardless of the contents of the order. In the event that delivery charges are applicable to an order, they will not be refunded if this same order is returned to us in whole or in part.

*These prices are not valid for orders that contain oversized items

Oversized Items

Some large format items, such as a bath or a toilet for example, can also be purchased online and delivered almost anywhere in Quebec. However, even if the total of your order amounts to more than $75, delivery charges will apply since the dimensions and/or weight of the items are particularly important. Some porcelain items (or other materials fragile to shocks) such as toilets and sinks may not be available outside a 40 km radius around our store. Shipping costs for an order containing oversized items will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and will be visible before you complete the transaction. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the items purchased with his home and its facilities (measurements, configuration, etc.). The Return and Refund Policy below also applies to the oversized items discussed in this section.

Return policy

10 day policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods to the store within 10 days of the date of receipt of your order (the delivery date provided by the carrier being taken as proof). To be eligible for a return, the merchandise and its original packaging and labeling must be in new condition. In addition, the merchandise must be accompanied by the purchase receipt in order for a refund or exchange to be approved. Promotional items

Items whose regular price has been reduced are subject to the 10-day policy stated above but only an exchange or a credit note can be granted. There are no refunds on discounted items. For items that are 40% or more off, see the "Clearance Items" section.

Clearance Items

Clearance items or items that have been reduced in price by 40% or more are final sales. No credit, no exchange and no refund can be granted.


  • Paint or stain in which colorant has been added is final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Special order items, personalized items and custom made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Certain items such as toilet seats are no longer returnable once the original packaging is opened.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

Returns Shipping

You can also make a return by sending it to us by courier at: 385 Av Taniata, Lévis, QC, Canada, G6W 5M6. The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging in excellent condition. You must also include the purchase receipt with your shipment. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and/or purchase delivery insurance.
